My review from one year ago when I rented a storage room: “Patty was SUPER helpful. If I could give Patty 10 stars, I would. Great facility.” My review TODAY when I moved out of my storage room: What a great year! Distinct Storage — and Dan, Patty, Peter, and, on one occasion, Paul (the owner) — treated me and my belongings with great care and kindness. The facility couldn’t be cleaner, the Wi-Fi was always free and available, security and ease of access high end, and amenities like beverages and snacks made our moments of pause after loading, unloading, or reorganizing the room especially welcome. Their courtesy at every point along the way was unparalleled. This was a 100% positive experience in a world where the need for extra storage space is growing, and I honestly haven’t heard of anyone else having such a comparable experience. Apparently others agree, because I understand they’re opening another, larger storage facility down the road — with more rooms and spaces for boats, RVs, and perhaps other family “toys.”

From being kind and understanding of the stress smy family and I were under. To lending a helping hand. I wish they had a facility where I am now because I dont think I'll be able to find a facility as good as the one they have built. My standards for storage facilities has sky rocketed thanks to them. I refuse to accept less then what I was provided by Dan and the team at distinct. So again I wish to say thank you for absolutely everything.

The facility is amazing. Very clean and you can tell everything is new. They offer complimentary snacks and drinks while you are there. There is ... The facility is amazing. Very clean and you can tell everything is new. They offer complimentary snacks and drinks while you are there. There is also a complimentary van to move your items into the facility as well as hand trucks and push carts. Patti was incredibly helpful, she checked in on us throughout our time there. It began to rain and she ran out to offer us umbrellas. I am very happy with our decision to store our items here. Everything feels secure and it feels like everyone there cares and is happy to help.
