I honestly have never experienced customer service like this. The woman Patti Who helped me was beyond kind and helpful, And made my experience amazing.

She signed us in and taught us the technology the facility uses to access our space. She is the epitome of superior customer service. While we were signing in, Dan came in on his day off! He was friendly and helpful and assisted us and Patti in any way he could while other customers came in. The people who work here are exceptional as is the facility. Brand new, super clean and secure, cameras everywhere, and a free moving truck at your disposal. They even pay for the gas! The hospitality here is incredible, a generous variety of snacks and drinks are offered to customers. On top of that, Patti gave us a thank you gift with a tote bag full of goodies with two gift cards to local businesses. An exceptional business with exceptional customer service that is in a class all by itself. I highly recommend Distinct Storage in New Milford, CT, it is the best.
