The facility is amazing. Very clean and you can tell everything is new. They offer complimentary snacks and drinks while you are there. There is ... The facility is amazing. Very clean and you can tell everything is new. They offer complimentary snacks and drinks while you are there. There is also a complimentary van to move your items into the facility as well as hand trucks and push carts. Patti was incredibly helpful, she checked in on us throughout our time there. It began to rain and she ran out to offer us umbrellas. I am very happy with our decision to store our items here. Everything feels secure and it feels like everyone there cares and is happy to help.

I had a great experience at Distinct Storage thanks to Dan Dobrowski. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, he was incredibly kind and helpful. He offered my crew and me assistance with loading, took the time to show us around the facility, and even brought out water and snacks while we were in the middle of working. Dan truly went above and beyond to make the entire process easier and more enjoyable. It’s rare to see that level of customer service anymore. Because of him, I wouldn’t choose any other facility besides Distinct Storage. Highly recommend!
